Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all service agreements between Digital Grapes LLC and its clients. Due to the nature of publishing, digital content, and creative services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below. We encourage all clients to review this policy before engaging our services.
1General Policy
Publishing and digital content services involve significant investment of time, expertise, and resources from the point of engagement. Accordingly, refunds are limited and subject to the specific conditions described in this policy. Digital Grapes LLC is committed to fair resolution of all refund requests and reviews each case on its individual merits.
2Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered — The agreed-upon service or deliverable was not provided within the contractually established timeline and no acceptable resolution was offered.
- Critical failure on our part — A material failure attributable to Digital Grapes LLC that substantially impairs the value of the deliverable and cannot be remedied through revision.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@digitalgrapesllc.com with supporting documentation.
3Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Completed work — Services that have been fully delivered as agreed upon, regardless of whether the client chooses to use the deliverables.
- Approved deliverables — Any work that has received written or documented client approval at any stage of the project is considered accepted and non-refundable.
- Client-caused delays or failures — Delays, incomplete projects, or substandard outcomes resulting from the client's failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, feedback, or cooperation in a timely manner.
- Change of mind — Refunds are not issued due to a change in business direction, strategy, or preference after work has commenced.
4How to Submit a Refund Request

Your request must include: your full name and contact information, the service(s) for which you are requesting a refund, the specific reason for the request, and any supporting documentation or correspondence relevant to your claim.
5Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. We may contact you during this period to request additional information or clarification. You will be notified of the outcome of your request in writing. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
6Partial Refunds
In cases where a project has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Digital Grapes LLC. The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the request, the costs incurred, and the value of deliverables already provided to the client. Partial refunds are not available for fully completed projects or approved deliverables.
7Changes to This Policy
Digital Grapes LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your service agreement will govern your refund eligibility. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
